Tanglaw ng Calaca Foundation, Inc. (TCFI) is an organization of committed Calaqueños who would conceptualize, implement, and sustain various projects for social and economic development, ecological and heritage conservancy, and cultural enhancement, all of which will become our legacy for future Calaqueños.

Mission:
Our mission is to become a catalyst of community development and environment protection programs for the progress of Calaca. We will help improve the Calaquenos’ quality of life by mobilizing resources through effective leadership, efficient stewardship and transparent accountability of all the assets entrusted to us.
Vision:
Self-sustaining Calaqueños enjoying a progressive quality of life in a well-conserved, protected, and peaceful environment.
